The staff were lovely, the original room we had was a bit claustrophobic (on the top floor) but the receptionist lady (we never got her name) was very accomodating and moved our room without hesitation. The room was very clean and modern. Our booking included spa access which was incredible, there is a pool and many sauna rooms, massages are also affordable and the spa staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is about 10mins walk to town centre which we did not mind, there is parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast was buffet and had more options than we could eat. Overall would highly recommend.

All Seasons Residence is located in Zlatibor and offers a terrace and a bar. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay.

This apartment is truly fantastic！ Sales Manager Jelena has an excellent service attitude and went above and beyond to take care of us international tourists—she patiently explained all the apartment's facilities to us.
