Kind and friendly staff at the reception, we were even given a bottle of local vine which was pretty good. Good breakfast on a valuable price. The apartment was nice and well equipped, the view from there is spectacular!

Magnificent view to the castle and over the valley. Comfortable room, great hosts and secure parking for our bicycles. It was drizzling rain and we were able to borrow umbrellas to walk into town for a meal, a pleasant albeit wet walk! Fresh cooked eggs and home made produce for breakfast made for a great start for our cycle to Maribor.

The apartment is spacious, comfy, stocked with practical equipment for cooking, and has a well-serviced sauna and comfortable sofa. The beds are comfortable and the temperature in the rooms can be adjusted. What made our stay even more pleasant was the interaction with and kindness of our hosts, Peter and Mojca. They were extremely hospitable, stocked the fridge (even with homemade jam!), bought bread, and made us a lunch for our recovery after New Year’s celebrations. The communication was swift and to the point. Out stay here was excellent!

We stayed here for one night on the way to the sea and it was perfect. Family room big and comfortable for 5 persons, clean, rich breakfast, parking very close and free of charge. Great value for money.

Wonderful and historic accommodation! Vladimir and his wife make you very welcome in their beautiful home. Rooms are located off the central patio and the historic beams and vaults are visible in the rooms. This location had the best AC of any of our accommodations- it would actually cool off to 16C. When we arrived, Vladimir gave us recommendations for dinner (Gostilina Amadeus - was wonderful) and a map with a recommended historic walking tour of the old town. We only had a brief stay in Ptuj - so we put our things away, ate and enjoyed the walking tour. Ptuj is amazing! I wish we had 2 nights there to actually see the castle and the museums. Such amazing architecture! Breakfast was wonderful - lots of fresh, local fruit!
