The professionalism of the hotel staff truly stood out—everyone, from waiters and housekeeping to reception, SPA, and entertainment teams, was both friendly and highly competent. Labranda clearly invests in quality staff training. Special thanks to Huseyn from Reception, who went beyond and above his responsibilities and helped us several times, being always extremely friendly and responsive; to Simay for her professional guest service; and to Mr. Nazif from Guest Relations, who delighted us with his guitar performances, even singing an Azerbaijani song just for us. Evening shows were a highlight—Magic, circus, dance performances, and Turkish Night were all excellent. The food, especially at dinner, was delicious and varied, with live music adding to the atmosphere. A short €5 taxi ride (booked via reception) takes you to the charming town of Sigacik, where we enjoyed stunning views and found unique handmade souvenirs, clothes, and jewelry.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Yali Hotels & Resort as a family! Everything was very well organized — the food was fresh and varied every day, our room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed regularly. All the staff, from housekeeping to security and reception, were kind and attentive. The beach and pools were clean and well maintained. Everything was great! The host was very welcoming, the room was clean, lots of hot water, washing machine, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, balcony, and one minute walk to the beach. We would return to this place again. Highly recommended.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Outstanding service! They always seemed quite motivated and polite. Location is spectacular, the sea is very clean and usually flat. The beach and the sand is just perfect. Kesra beach ant restaurant were fantastic for adults. The food especially the vegetables and the grill section for fish and meat. The service from Waiter Hamidul Husen was brilliant, he was always very kind and helpful and made myself and my family feel like at home. The service from Nita (message therapist) at the Gold spa wellness was excellent. After I had my massage I felt energised and all my aches and pain were gone. As someone who stayed at your hotel, we truly appreciate the cleanliness and the friendly and solution-oriented attitude of the staff. The rooms are spacious, bright, and surrounded by greenery. Upon our arrival, the receptionists accompanied us to our rooms, fulfilling every request we had regarding room placement. The meals and drinks, along with the bartenders' special cocktails, provided a fantastic experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredibly tranquil, allowing guests to enjoy their breakfast while overlooking the sea from their tables. The hotel is also remarkably peaceful and serene. Situated on a large area, there is an opportunity for a long nature walk from your room to the restaurant area. During this walk, you are accompanied by various flowers and bird songs. There is also a wooden playground by the poolside for children, which my daughter particularly enjoyed. I can confidently say that we will choose this hotel for our next vacation as well.

Apartments in perfect condition, they look new. Very well equipped. There is a washing machine and air conditioning. Cleanliness is excellent. The location is very good, very close to the port but on a side street, so it is very quiet and noise-free. There is private parking right in front. There are several public and private beaches nearby, although you need a car to go to them. In the port (2 minutes walk) there are many restaurants and shops. There are also several supermarkets and food stores very close. Ozgur is very helpful and always available to solve any need, and he also speaks perfect English. Thank you very much Ozgur!
