    The rooms they showed us had stains of urine blood hairs all Over beds that looked to be public hair and dirty filthy beds bedding and also bed bugs and i was refused a refund me and my child had to sleep in my small car in the cold I was treated very rude and laughed at when I said I needed a refund so we could get another room or would have to sleep in my car with my child called the manager no help no refund freaking out still about the bugs
