The hotel was perfect for our stay in Hanoi. Very central location (you can walk to all the main attractions), the beds are super comfortable, the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet offers good options for everyone. Suzy and Aiden at the reception were amazing. They were all extremly friendly and helpful with everything we needed. When we came back from another trip and we used the hotel as our drop off point they all rushed out and greeted us like family although we didn't stay there the night because we were traveling north.
