The accommodation offers a children's playground. They had a dog treat and water bowl in my room ready for my dog. Was so refreshing to know he was also welcome.

The rooms at the 4-star-superior Kasino Hotel are decorated with warm colours and high-quality furniture. Each has a private bathroom with luxury toiletries and hairdryer. Absolutely huge suite with two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower. Two sets of closets a living room area and large bedroom. Two televisions. Great wifi, bed was harder than we're used to, but still very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Clean as a whistle and the Minibar was included (non alcoholic). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good.

It features free WiFi, award-winning cuisine and a 1000m² spa with pool. The Salvador Dali manager was super helpful was smiling supportive he served food at a time most kitchens were closed. I cant thank him enough. The serenity of the place the village beside it the cleanliness of the place considering its massive size. The breakfast team is amazing

The apartment has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was great since I had to work a bit during the stay. There’s enough space to unpack, relax, and feel settled. I also appreciated how easy check-in was – the host sent clear instructions and was quick to reply.

For guests with children, the apartment provides outdoor play equipment. Guests at Ferienhaus Ahorn, wunderschöne, neue Wohnungen, ideal für Ausflüge ins Phantasialand, die Städte Köln, Brühl und Bonn oder die Eifel can enjoy cycling and hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. The place was very clean, spacious, and very ambient. It has a good location, near the supermarket and a fifteen (15) munites walk from the train station. The wifi was very, very good. The apartment was well maintained and equipped with all utensils and equipment needed for daily living. The host, Vanessa, was the best. She helped us with whatever we asked for. She agreed to receive our Amazon orders when we had stepped out from the property.

À la carte and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fresh pastries are available. Guests may eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and high tea. Great location close to the lake and coffee shops, also to the train station. Plenty of bakeries and groceries around. Very easy to live there. The people were very kind and helpful.
