The riad is perfectly located—right in the medina, yet tucked away on a quiet and beautiful street just off the main road. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Walid, kindly offered us a choice between two rooms. The rooms were spotless, clearly newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Amal at the reception was incredibly helpful in finding us the best way to travel from Chefchaouen to Rabat (note: when we were there, only one bus per day ran at 7 AM, but an alternative is taking a grand taxi to Tangier and then the TGV, which took us just 3.5 hours). We would have happily stayed longer—this is a truly comfortable, laid-back place, perfect for enjoying a coffee on the terrace with stunning views of the city. What a wonderful stay we had at ABM, everything about it was a 10 out of 10. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the staff were absolutely wonderful, I cannot praise them enough. Breakfast was way too much to eat and the staff again went way beyond to make sure all our comforts were seen to. The owner was a very generous gentleman as well and we went to his seafood resturant where we were totally spoilt. We would stay there again and again if we went to Tangier for another visit and we highly recommend you stay there.
