She took me in with a smile even though I had only booked 30 minutes before I arrived! The apartment is so cozy and so fun to cook in, fully stocked with all the pots & pans you need, with an oven, stove, coffee maker, boiler, and refrigerator. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. It was such a peaceful part of town and was only 10 minutes from a bus station and 20 minute walk to the train station. I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend!!!

The farm stay features mountain views and a picnic area. - amazing and very nice decorated accomodation and great, helpful and friendly hosts - placed in a small & beautiful village in the heart of the nature; for us, it was the perfect place to stay as we wished to explore the nature - the rooms and appartments were really big, clean and well equiped - comfy bed and small, but really well equiped kitchen (including dishwasher) - they really surprised us with the daily clean service - what you see is what you get, but the reality is much nicer then the pictures - the communication with the hosts was very good and they could be reached easily - the area was very nice, calm and quiet - bonus points for the private parking - we would definitely choose it/come back again

This recently renovated farm stay is located 22 km from State Museum of Tyrol - Ferdinandeum and 22 km from Golden Roof. Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. The farm stay has family rooms. The hotel is just besides half-way a ski slope, which was a wonderful surprise. Breakfast is great and the host is really nice.
