Five-Star Hotels in Al Ain

We enjoyed our visit to Telal a lot! It's really a great place, in the middle of the dunes, but easily accessible from Abu Dhabi. The food was expensive but it was delicious, staff was super friendly and the nature around it is worth every penny! We might very much return to the EAU just to come back here for few days. The pool area is great, plenty of sun loungers for everyone, was never crowded and we often felt like we had the pool for ourselves. The breakfast one of the days was a-la-carte as there were few guests. The poached eggs were cooked at perfection, most probably the best I ever ate. It's def. a 5* resort, and above all we enjoyed the fact that it has few rooms, so you get great service and plenty of space even when it's fully booked. The heritage rooms (detached houses actually) are very well built, with a lot of attention to detail, you feel like in an old village, but you have all comfort at hand.

Excellent location Finishing is nice Staff are smiling, helpful and responding to customers fast with respect and courtesy.

I want to thank the reception for the welcome... simply professional and amazing, the receptionist named Muhammad Shahin received us in a courteous and professional manner, explained everything to us properly, answered all questions, explained to us about the city and answered all questions, even those not related to the hotel and accompanied and explained everything :) Well done to Muhammad Shahin and the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, and we will return to the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is great 👍

Staff was amazing especially Maisa ! The room was clean and spacious and it came with a balcony. The whole hotel was very luxuous and the swiming pools so great ! Also the breakfeast buffet is really worth it !!

The environment around was relaxing calming peacefull and beautiful ...The staffs were very welcoming and kind.....Was an excellent stay for my birthday 🎂❤️
