Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurant and the bar, including Robert, Dimitri, and the owner Gertrude, made us feel pampered and treated us like VIP guests at all times.

The food was amazing, breakfast, supper & dinner with 5* table service. The bar and hotel staff went above and beyond to make it a truely 5* experience. The hotel was very comfortable to lounge together in front of the open fire. It is right beside the bus stop to take you into Lech
