Great location, beautiful hotel . I loved the restaurant server I think he’s name is Gogo, he’s a super star. He would great us every morning with a smile and remembered us by first name . The facilities were good too, nice gym and pool. My favourite Sofitel so far . Thank you

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Adelaide. The staffs were so polite and helpful and arrange me a wonderful room with beautiful river and stadium view. Though I just reserved the room in the morning I arrived, the staff can arranged me early check in by 12pm! The room is spacious with a window view working place...very lovely sleep..it also got a outdoor pool with warm water and a big fitness room...I am planning to organize an international event in this hotel with guest accommodation. This was a near perfect hotel experience. From letting us keep our bags there whilst we flew to Alice Springs for 3 days to the seamlessness of just actually staying there, it was all excellent. The location is great for both the city and the river. We had a river view room and the view over the Oval, Festival theatre and the river was stunning. I didn't book a room with a balcony as we find we don't use them, but this time I wished that I had done. The bed was comfortable, there were complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine for my birthday arranged by the wonderful concierge, Lavinia. I loved the iPad to control the room and anything else that you needed for your stay. The staff were good without being too obsequious; when the remote broke, we had a new one within 30 mins and a sorry for putting us through that! The casino was huge but didn't impact on our stay, and the bar and restaurant were fab! The mixologist made me the best Cosmopolitan even though it wasn't on the menu. This was also the first hotel to have both a rubbish bin and a recycling bin.

Outstanding hotel. Lovely modern, stylish room. Nice calm atmosphere. It was fully booked but never felt busy. Beautiful location by the river and views across to the city. Easy walking distance to the city centre and up to north Adelaide for some excellent restaurants.
