Service was excellent from the moment of booking till departure:
- every member of the staff was super lovely and helpful, they all speak several languages perfectly
- we felt super pampered
- loved the transportation service from the parking to the hotel and to the slopes, including the personal locker
- food was excellent, mini bar was free for non-alcoholic beverages and beer, Nespresso machine in the room
- the fitness was also well equipped, spacious and tranquil
- wellness facilities were also super premium, relaxing and comfortable - towel replacement, detox water, fruits and nuts offered all day

United KingdomThe staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!
