The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great. The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks. We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne.

Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. This is my go to hotel to stay whenever in Zurich. I always love to stay in that area near the lake because i take long walks in the morning with my service dog. This hotel is my absolute favorite. The staff, the location, the scent (def must buy), the food, everything is amazing. Everytime I stay here, they exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, the bed is amazing. The setup for your pet is the most adorable thing I´ve ever seen. They treat you and your pets like royalty. Absolutely worth it. Wouldn't stay someplace else.
