Beautyful hotel in a historic building. The location is convenient for access by car (the hotel offers valet parking in a nearby garage) and it takes only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. Clean and well appointed room, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Me and my wife had both a 60 min thai massage, which was very good and very welcome after a round of golf. Special thanks to the staff at the reception, who went of of their way and delivered a garment bag, that I forgot at the reception during checkout, to another nearby hotel, where a friend of mine was staying.

Everything was perfect. The highlights are the food from Paris restaurant, breakfast, the view, Finnish sauna and the nicest lady who attended me at wellness section for bubble bath. Also, it’s very very clean. Staff is very helpful and kind, I would repeat.

The suite was amazing, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, very nice old style. Well-equipped fitness room, friendly Thai masseuse, pets friendly, nice spa area. Everything was connected by tunnels, so no need to walk outside at all.
