Beautyful hotel in a historic building. The location is convenient for access by car (the hotel offers valet parking in a nearby garage) and it takes only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. Clean and well appointed room, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Me and my wife had both a 60 min thai massage, which was very good and very welcome after a round of golf. Special thanks to the staff at the reception, who went of of their way and delivered a garment bag, that I forgot at the reception during checkout, to another nearby hotel, where a friend of mine was staying.

What's more to say? Your in Kalorvy Vary with this view?They don't make them like this anymore. It's like a trip back in time. This place is beautiful, the grounds are so well kept and the staff were excellent. The pub was closed so that was too bad. We did half board which was lovely. Great food and a variety every night. My feeling is that they are still having challenges coming out of the pandemic but coping well. It's just an experience all the way around. Having the funicular to town center is fantastic as well. God's willing we will be back!

The suite was amazing, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, very nice old style. Well-equipped fitness room, friendly Thai masseuse, pets friendly, nice spa area. Everything was connected by tunnels, so no need to walk outside at all.
