Nardine was a very nice guest relation officer She arranged complimentary cake and juice for my birthday when she came to know about my birthday in hotel Sayed was the restaurant staff who served cake to me and he arranged a special table for us. A big thanks to him She was so helpful And all the staff was nice Sunset view was so nice and Nile view was perfect

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for a total of 12 days, all i can say is we were treated like royalty! Because we stayed for so long we got the chance to get to know some of the exceptional workers such as Mariana, Islam, Enjy, Mohammed & Ahmed. We had an amazing time at the hotel, the location, the views, everything was perfect. We felt a sense of security as entering the hotel, they do search vehicles and you will periodically see security guards walking around each day. Olives was our go-to restaurant, the food was incredible (Mediterranean shrimp pasta was a favourite). The staff at the Olives restaurant were incredibly funny and friendly. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, easy-going and good natured, the staff honestly made us feel so welcome. We loved the main pool as sometimes they played music of different genres. The shisha area was really nice and relaxing, the shops were a little over priced. The spa area definitely had to be my favourite area, the spa staff were incredible! They were so thoughtful and even prepped the sun lounges for myself and my partner after they realised our routine (mornings in the spa area). They would bring us fresh cold towels and would be checking on us to see if we needed anything. By the end of our stay we felt like family and were really sad to say goodbye to all the staff. Overall it was our first time visiting Egypt, we absolutely loved it and are definitely coming back in the future! The hotel is definitely one, we trust and when we do visit Egypt in the future we hope to see the amazing staff we met.

We visited for our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience. From the initial communication, we were warmly welcomed, and on the day, we received outstanding service. Everything was perfect—the view from our room, the dinner, and the hospitality. Although our stay was only for one night this time, we hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Surprisingly a lot of locals don’t know about this place! It is truly the definition of a hidden gem because there is nothing impressive about the road there or the entryway from the road, but when you step in, you might as well have been transported to a different place! This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Every detail in the design is intentional and stunning! It is an oasis in a desert with palm trees, green plants and colorful flowers everywhere! As well as water fountains along the walk ways. The receptionist greeted me with a cold towel which I appreciated because it was so hot and offered me a glass of hibiscus juice! This was so refreshing because I had been on the road for hours! Every room here is different and ours was nothing short of a page taken out of the most romantic novel. The beds were so comfortable and the natural toiletries felt good on my skin and smelled so good! I will be back for my honeymoon in 2024! Don’t hesitate to book this magical hotel!

Everything was spectacular. The hotel is placed on an island so the area of the hotel is huge. Enough space for walking, running etc. Three pools and the restaurants with the Nile view. Various types of food. The continental breakfast was varied and rich. You can ask the hotel to prepare a breakfast box for you if you cannot attend the breakfast during regular hours.

    Everything at Al Moudira is magical! Understated chic, to me what a 5 stars should be. The gardens were stunning, attention to detail and decor - a surprise in each corner. Fantastic food, beautiful rooms and amazing staff, always willing to go above and beyond, without being pushy.

    Great location, staff, and ambience. Views were amazing. Food wasn't that good, but I'll still give it 5 stars. Reception staff were great and friendly. They even upgraded us and provided us with a breakfast box for our departure.

    The Hotel complex featured all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 Star Hotel. The gardens were exceptionally designed and manicured, the swimming pools were in superb condition and the Bar Service was outstanding. The restaurants, food wine lists were of the highest quality.
