We stayed here with our kids for a week and highly recommend this hotel. The service is excellent and professional. The hotel is well guarded, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The rooms are cleaned and the towels refreshed daily. Breakfast is varied and delicious, with a wide selection of fruits and juices, and a buffet featuring Ethiopian and other cuisines. The heated pool and spa facilities are outstanding. The hotel lobby is spacious and attractive, featuring impressive works of art on the walls. Both the restaurant and room service are of high quality. The airport shuttle service for pickup and drop-off is punctual and professionally handled.
