Hello. The receptionist and concierge were very kind, helpful and professional! Also the restaurant personnel especially the restaurant manager, made our stay very enjoyable and gave recommendations about the region. The hotel is very clean and modern, the design of the rooms is great too and the housekeeping staff is professional and kind as well. We spent Christmas with my family (4 adults) in this beautiful hotel, thank you for being open for the holidays! Location is really special, and the rooms are beautiful. Weather was sunny and warm and we had a lovely Christmas lunch at the balcony. Highly recommending this hotel and it's services also out of the season!

    The hotel is beautiful. Very clean. The food was very awful. I was at one of their restaurants, and I also ordered food from room service, and the food was very bad. Hotel of 5 stars with 1 star food. Better eat in a different restaurant.
