We appreciated all the attention to even the finest of details from the bathroom items, to the decoration, tea/coffee service etc. We thought it was charming to have paper doilies under our cups and appreciated proper cloth napkins. Amazing view from the cottage, very isolated and perfectly equipped. It was fantastic to watch wild birds and the hot tub is such a great treat after a long hiking day. Can highly recommend! Our dog just loved it, too.

Skyfell is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. The views from every aspect are stunning. The location is great and the walk around the reservoir is a must. The interior of the cottage was clean and welcoming. We loved the kitchen diner with the open log burner and spent most of our time around the dining table eating, drinking and playing games from the cupboard! A welcoming bottle of bubbles to enjoy in the hot tub was a great touch, we will definitely be back.
