I recently stayed at Sapphire Bakuriani and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.

The staff here are really friendly, especially the man that helped us with our luggage. The spa facilities are absolutely lovely and we enjoyed the treatments we had there. The breakfast buffet was really well stocked and I appreciated the European pastries!

Best place in Georgia. I would definitely come back again. The room was clean and spacious and the view was amazing. The staff are very friendly and professional, specially the guest relations agent Tamuna. She helped us even before we arrive with directions and what so ever.
