We stayed in one of the club suites, and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced. Staff were extremely accommodating of our children, and catered to our dietary restrictions. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of dishes from different cuisine. The staff were very attentive. The view of Hong Kong Island and mainly Kowloon skyline was great. Hotel is well located, close to bars, restaurants, 7 min walk to Sheung Wan subway station, walking distance to Western market, Ferry to Macau and Peak Tram. Rooms were also nice, clean, with coffee, tea machine, little fridge. We were on 18th floor and still got some street noise but overall, the rooms are well insulated and the noise is limited.
