We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

Breakfast buffet was great. At the beginning, the room we booked had an issue related to the air conditioning (made a noise). When we ask them to repair, they came and did it. but the same problem occurred again and again. Then they gave us an upgraded room. It was nice.

That was a brilliant stay with all the friendly and helpful people, and with so many options with food, entertainment, pools, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Also we could find transportation to far places so easily. I would definitely want to come back and stay more in this resort. Also, it’s one street away from the beach where you can watch the sea at night and have some drinks (fresh coconut!)

I had a wonderful stay at S18 Bali Villas. The location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, with a private pool that made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and served right to the villa, which was a great touch. Overall, it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
