Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!

The service was impeccable. From the doorman, concierge, reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was kind and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. On the morning I left, I had to leave at 5:00am and did not have access to the buffet breakfast as it was too early. But the hotel packed for me a wonderful breakfast box for me to enjoy in my room at 4:30am. I would definitely return again.

The Fairmont is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in Jakarta. Although I only had a short stay, the room I stayed in was comfortable and the hotel's facilities I utilised (gym, pool, breakfast buffet and access to Plaza Senayan) are excellent. I have to also express my gratitude to the hotel's team members. Every interaction from the moment I arrived to the day I checked out was met with both friendliness and professionalism and it made my stay all the more special. Beautiful hotel and the service was impeccable. We celebrated a birthday and the staff had planned a welcome surprise that made our stay extra special. The breakfast selection is great and set in a nice courtyard. Overall, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the Dharmawangsa - couldn’t recommend it more!
