From the moment we arrived we were taken care of with impeccable service. The staff were very kind and attentive. The quality of everything in the hotel is top notch and really a great value for your money. the location is close to all touristic sites and the views are impeccable. We had a little miscommunication and the way management handled it was very professional and generous. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Jaipur.

Overall experience was fantastic, loved how Sakshi was at hand to interact and make our stay very comfortable along the way. Karan at the Archary was super, the pool was fantastic, the hi tea was brilliant and the guys at the breakfast were outstanding as was the breakfast with loads of options. This is an amazing property - highest luxury room, common areas, garden and pool with highest quality service from every staff member. It is truly living as the Maharaja’s guest in a small property. Every staff member was amazing and outstanding. Bharti in front office helped in everything - making reservations, welcoming us, giving a tour of the amazing property, going above and beyond on everything. The property manager also was friendly. The young man serving us breakfast was lovely. The food at lunch times were of the highest quality and taste. All in all 11 out of 10.

The pool and restaurant/bar were outstanding, as were the staff. Can't say enough about the beautiful decor--the antique photos and the artworks. We took an early morning walking tour of some of the key markets and temples which was arranged by the hotel and it was epic--a great way to be introduced to Jaipur and a lifetime memory for sure!

It's a magical place, with strong references to Jaipur's history and architecture. The service is exceptional, the staff is beyond helpful and was always accomodating to any request we had. Best part was by far the staff, everyone felt extremely warm and always there to make sure we had the best possible time.
