Very easy to reach the location. Front desk staff RISHI & YEMTI were very helpful. Room was ready to occupy immediately after reporting at the front desk. Cleanliness and hygienic aspects are very high rated.

The word " friendly" comes from " friend". That's how we felt there. Everybody was so attentive and warm hearted. It was difficult to leave this place, so we booked an extra night. On arrival we got a free room upgrade without even asking. The stuff did everything they could to make our stay especially enjoyable: Buvana and Ashok from reception, and Vijay and the other gentlemen from house keeping. Misses Rama made the nicest masala tea for breakfast. All the stuff kept always an eye on us and tried to guess our needs even before we could express them. It was really extraordinary. We had a spacious room with a private pool, and we played table tennis in the garden. Swimming pool to cool down and a beautiful well maintained garden. Lots of varieties at Breakfast and dinner buffet. Not only nice looking but unique taste to every dish. Even western dishes were there. I haven't experienced such a high quality buffet anywhere else. They even had outside cooking station to make fresh pasta to one's taste. We'll surely come back.

    The property is excellent and very quite. Its located on a hill in the middle of the city but is very peaceful and huge. We loved the rooms and the staff was extremely courteous. The breakfast spread was excellent an the service was very prompt at all times. We had dinner both room service and buffet and loved the options available. The room service and dinner buffet prices are very high as expected in a 5 star property.

    The rooms with attached pools were excellent however we thoroughly enjoyed using the main pool which was beautiful. Our 3rd trip to the Heritage Madurai which was so far the best. The restaurant and bar have come back up to 5-star standards after COVID.

    The great place to stay if you want to have a luxury experience which costs as the same the 5 star hotels around Madurai. A serene property almost in the midst of Madurai. The property is covered with beautiful trees, plants and flowers. One could just take a stroll around the property to have a relaxing experience. The only downside the breakfast spread focuses more on the Indian varieties even though most of the guests staying over there are foreigners.
