    Rooms were big & comfortable, but certainly not luxurious. Very limited cups & glasses. The ones we had were chipped & despite asking for more they were never delivered.

    5 star hotel, I don't understand why people rate the hotel bad just because they don't speak Spanish, people have to understand this an English spoken country! If you can't even say how are you? You better go to Dominican republic, excellent service, excellent guest relations, big room, nice entertainment, the variety for the restaurants was excellent, I would definitely come back again! Wow and the live band at nights that's what I liked the most. The services at the restaurants wonderful! I felt like a king!

    Rooms much better , luxurious and larger than expected. Lots of choices of restaurants. Food was better than expected. Staff was helpful and polite.
