The architecture and the design is so tastefully done , it blends in with the environment. The staff and the service is on point, we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter. The staff collected our baby’s lactose free milk and served it back boiled punctually despite inclement weather conditions , both morning and evening. The attention to detail of our dietary requirements in all the meals is another call-out. We would love to visit here again .

Our experience was absolutely excellent in every aspect! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, the meals were delicious, and the kindness and service of the staff were outstanding. Our ranger for the safaris was knowledgeable and made our excursions unforgettable. The security on site ensured we felt safe at all times. The manager was attentive and accommodating. The safari was, without a doubt, the highlight of our stay in Sri Lanka and the absolute best way to experience Yala National Park. Our guide, Pramoth, was exceptional—his deep knowledge of the wildlife and his incredible ability to spot all the animals we had hoped to see (and even more!) made the adventure truly special. What set him apart was how he managed to make the experience memorable even after the safari itself, sharing stories and insights that enriched our understanding. A special shoutout to our driver, Chaminda, who was nothing short of a jungle pilot, skillfully navigating the rugged terrain with ease and adding to the thrill. I cannot recommend this experience enough—it’s a must for anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

A wonderful property right near the national park. Can’t afford anything except perhaps the walkways between the resort and the rooms as it was raining. It was quite muddy and slippery. But nothing else in issue. The food was great, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the pool was clean, the rooms were very comfortable and also very clean.

We had a great time staying at wild trails! The property and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful! The tents / houses are spacious, clean and very stylish and staying there gives you the feeling of being out in the wilderness. The staff and in particular the manager were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome and well taken care off. The dinner outside under the night sky is also a beautiful experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area / looking to explore Yala!!
