Everything. We got a surprise upgrade of the room upon checking in. The room was exceptional, spacious, w coffee machine, bath and a very big bed. Loved the complementary water bootle and beach bag. We had been traveling for a few days and chose to end our holiday here to just relax. It was also very comforting to have a Mediterranean restaurant in the resort and the international breakfast was equally exceptional. I also really enjoyed the spa and treated myself to the balinese massage. Also loved the coffee bar. I loved everything about this resort and I wish am still there.

We loved everything about The Residence!! This place was immaculate, beautiful, peaceful, friendly. We loved it all. So much choice at breakfast and dinner. Attentive and friendly staff. Lots of choice of daytime activities. And the sunrise...that just makes it. I'd definitely recommend The Residence.

The location and staff were amazing. Especially Eric by the pool and Kehmras at the main restaurant. So impressive work by these two!!

Awesome breakfast with many vegetarian and some vegan choices. Very charming interior. Very friendly staff. Nice yoga lessons at 6am. We also liked the small gym and the book exchange. Nice beach. Daily free snorkelling and SUP.

From the first moment when we entered we feel welcomed. We were welcome by Liuba (Love) and this is exactly what we felt in each place on the resort - love for the people, love for the nature, love for the animals and birds around. Food is delicious, location is very quiet, very nice smell of ylang-ylang on the main places. Also we received some surprises during our stay which made our stay even more unforgettable.
