Good location, and practically the best spot on the beach, where it is cleaner and with little seaweed. Charming hotel, but not a 5-star one. We stayed in the standard room, and I found it better than the Tapanco suite, with more space, a wardrobe, and a large and pleasant terrace. We had been pre warned that it was 5 Star Holbox style and the staff balance luxury with a laid back approach well. Room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating of our needs. Gym / yoga was great. Town is a simple 10 minute walk and if you time it right you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights.
