awesome experience, we loved our stay at PH Auckland. From facilities, to staff and amenities we couldn’t ask for more. All staff went above and beyond also during difficult times such as the storm Gabrielle. we got a room upgrade for our couple celebration! we miss it already and would love to go back :).

Peter, the host is helping in any way he can. The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom had floor heating which was very nice in the cool morning. The hotel is very close to the beach. Go there and check it out. You will not be disappointed

I chose this hotel for the location & somewhere to rest my head before travelling. My expectations weren't very high, but I thought the hotel was great. Very clean & modern. Had a good vibe, The staff member I spoke to was very kind & helpful. Was able to get an early check-in without any hassle. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.

    All the staff were lovely which was why I included 5 stars - housekeepers and reception staff always genuinely friendly and helpful. One of them bought my suitcases upstairs on arrival for example as lift was out of order, cheers guys!
