My group reached at the hotel in the morning and was told we could only check in at 3PM. To fasten the check in process, we had provided all needed information to the receptionist. But when we returned from Lima city tour, which are already 3:30PM, we were told to redo everything again, and they even keeping us to wait for more than 30minutes to get our luggages.
