The whole team at BE Grand made our stay so enjoyable. From pick-up at the airport, check-in in our villa, accommodating personalised requests, nightly sweet treats for us to enjoy in our villa and smiles from everyone around the resort. We could not fault Neil (our butler) along with Darel (another butler), Kevin (F&B) were superb. Our thanks also goes to Ms Kathy (Front of House Manager). Great location, all the facilities one needs for a long stay, very friendly staff, good and diverse breakfast, excellent pools for families and also for parties, local deserts, towels are changed twice a day, prompt laundry service (although careless about stain removal)

Great facilities and the shuttle into Alona beach was really helpful too! We also liked the buffet breakfast each morning and the staff were really nice. There’s also lots of places to eat within walking distance if you choose not to eat at the restaurant (Korean bbq across the road is so good).
