This hotel is really high standards and we also ate on their grill restaurant Char’d. It was exceptional. The staff was so helpful and nice. Thai standards of hospitality are high but this was extraordinary.

we upgraded to a pool access room which was lovely. the lobby is nice but a little bet smaller than what was showing in the photos of the property. the hotel drivers and the staff are great and helpful. the room view on the pool is fantastic.

We were given an old pool villa where the pool was yellow, and the rooms old and rusty. At £450 ($550) a night, this is crazy to be charging for such old and worn out rooms. The facilities were not 5 stars. Luckily the amazing front of house staff Daniel and the rest managed to sort us out with a slightly better room. The place is run and alive due to its amazing staff, not the actual rooms and facilities. You can get much better 5 star hotels in Phuket for the same price.
