Amazing stay. I was a solo female traveler and was treated right away like VIP. I hot upgraded to prestige room a free massage voucher and from half board to all inclusive. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and have everything you need. Special shout put to Asiz, the customer relation manager who was exceptional making sure you have the best stay The room was clean and big ans there was big variety of food every day and super tasty. Very welcoming staffs at the reception and restaurant. Mrs Hayet, Mr. Ali, chef Kurdi and the rest of the team. While checking-in, they upgraded our rooms to pool/sea view. We asked for late check out and we got one room till 6pm! Staff at the restaurant took extra care and prepared special gluten-free meals for my wife being a coeliac. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!!
