Hotel is located next to the lake and in the middle of life in the city. But very quiet area and very quiet rooms. The breakfast area has a wonderfull view and good choice of food and fruits. Very kind staff and truly quality stay. We could even leave lagguage in hotel for few days to travel light for few days tour. Very helpfull and very kind. Clean, quiet, good bed and nice room.

My second visit to this hotel, and this time around was also flawless. I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

Apartments were clean and spacious. The pool was so awesome, the kids spent hours in there. Beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely to deal with, and accommodated us with holding our bags while we went to Halong Bay.

We had a short stay at GM Premium. It is located very centrally in Hanoi. The rooms are in good condition, there is a spa downstairs and a rooftop bar as well as a restaurant. Everything was great and especially the staff gets a huge shout-out from us. Everyone ist incredibly lovely and takes their time to accommodate any wishes or questions. Special thanks to Eugene, Lyly, Minnie and Ms. Lee from the reception, as well as Chi from the spa and Peter from the Bar - please give your regards to everyone else as well, it was lovely staying with you!

The bed was excellent and very comfortable compared to any 5 star hotel, All staff are accommodating and helpful. Near to train station, most of landmarks, just ask what you need to do and helpful desk/ concierge/ receptionist will help you right away.

What a great hotel! The location is wonderfull in the Old quarter. It’s nereby all the Hanoi Highlights. Rooms are beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast! Also we have had diner in the hotel restaurant which was tasty and very reasonable priced. Last but not least, staff is very very friendly. We got aquintes with i Thien and she helped us out a lot. We even got het private number so that we could contact her. This is something we have never experienced.
