Nhu Nguyen the reception manager was amazing ! she helped me personally when I wanted to . change my flight, and without her, it would have not happened. the hotel in clean, beautiful, and the breakfast is great. .

Remarkable service from arrival to check out. Staff is very polite and helpful always smiling. We needed earbuds for swimming and asked the staff that quickly got us a driver that took us to a nearby shop and back. Amazing service!

All the staff I met during my stay were very hospitable and made me felt very welcome. They helped to ensure everything was smooth, from the moment I checked in to when I was leaving the hotel. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would like to bring my family here in future. I also liked that there is a shower besides having a bathtub. There was a rainshower and a normal shower head. The warm water was consistent and water flow was absolutely great. Breakfast variety was great too with both western and Vietnamese spread. I also went to the restaurant for lunch and the food there was great. In room dining was fast and tasty as well.

Fabulous stay in Hue at the Silk Path Grand Hue Hotel & Spa where I spent the night of 31 Dec. Walking distance from the centre (20') along the river and exceptional staff, a special thank you to Thien, Ngan and Diem. The resort is spacious and preciously decorated in the local style, being outside of the main tourist roads makes it very peaceful. Extremely comfy beds and very nice bathroom.

The hotel itself is very charming and with a lot of character . It is very peaceful, it feels like a very relaxing and zen location. I specially liked the rooms and the beautiful gardens . Breakfast was also very good. The staff was amazing , very accommodating. We were staying in one of the villas and were disturbed by the noise of chanting frogs from the pond nearby . It was so loud , that it kept us awake at night , so they immediately changed us to another room
