Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The weather was perfect, which made the already breathtaking view of the Matterhorn even more magical. The resort itself is beautifully designed and ideally located just a short walk from the village...conveniently accessible by an elevator. We were warmly greeted at the train station by a kind porter, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff at CERVO were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made every interaction feel personal and warm. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, clearly maintained with great attention to detail. Great spa activities and super friendly head barista who made us fancy coffee. Thank you CERVO team!
