Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

You can play table tennis and darts at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for snorkelling. I stayed there with a small kid, so we mostly used kids pool, and the one in Aqua park. Both of them have slides inside. We loved it. Aqua park also has a lot of big slides for older children and adults. We didn't experience any animation program so I can't comment on that. But we did spend some time on the beach and it's very nice...lots of sand for the kid, nice entrance in the water...you can even see some fishes in the shallow water. The coral reef is couple of meters from the shore, so if there are no waves you can snorkel. we had couple of very calm days, but also windy ones (waves are very big so it's not possible to go in the water), but you can use the beach and pools. Our room was very nice, it had terrace from which we could access kids pools, so it was very convenient. Food in the restaurant was great for us, we could always find something for us. Cookies and cakes were great (not to sweet). Some food was available each day, but there was also some that was different each day (like soups). I loved it. And people that work there are really friendly! We didn't have any stomach problems. Kids club could use some improvements (lack of materials for play).

We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but to our delight, the staff prepared our room in just 30 minutes without charging extra or us even asking—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The same hospitality extended to our late check-out. Once they learned that our ride back to Cairo was scheduled for the evening, they graciously allowed us to enjoy the room until then, ensuring a stress-free end to our stay. A special thanks to Mohammed at the reception desk for his outstanding service! The view from the suite was beautiful, offering a serene outlook over the marina and the boats. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend opting for the all-inclusive deal offered by the hotel — it’s great value and would have made even more sense for us. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of this option since we booked via Booking.com. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic, making this a great choice for anyone visiting Port Ghalib. The staff, from receptionists to waiters, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for a tranquil and luxurious getaway for couples and/or families.
