As for the hotel itself, it differs from others by the exceptional location in the center of Milan combined with calmness - as soon as you enter the hotel everything feels very peaceful and quiet.

We didn't know the names of the other staff, but they were all helpful and warm. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Housekeeping did a terrific job. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The location is amazing. Literally a minute from the Trevi Fountain, a walking distance to Piazza Venicia that leads you to the Collesium, Spanish Steps, and a host of other must-visit places. There are also so many streets for shopping just nearby.
