Its very clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful . All free gifts and wine was like cherry on top. We could even make our own barbecue which we will do next time.Thank you for wonderful memories we created in there .

The hotel features a hot tub and a concierge service. this was my fifth time in japan and this is probably the best stay ive had. the property is newly built so it was immaculately clean (although no housekeeping, we were there for two nights). the staff is incredible, friendly and warm. the breakfast delivered to our room everyday was amazing. i recommend booking at least one dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were exceptional. the complimentary light meal was already good enough. they also have a store a couple of steps away from the hotel where they sell a lot of high quality souvenirs. the free winery tour and wine were a nice touch.
