From the moment you set foot in the Hotel from the moment we checked out the level of customer service was flawless. Close to Bukit Bintang and the closest MRT station was less than a 5 minute walk. The facilities are fantastic. The pool on level 51 was impressive and the adjacent sky deck was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a large choice of Indian, Asian and Western food. The suites was large and had every appliances you need. The view from the living room was fantastic, especially at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. Toiletries and bathrobes are provided in the spacious en suite bathroom. Loved the hotel. It was extremely clean and very well organized. Staff was amazing. Super helpful and always attending to our needs. Hotel services like swimming pool, activities for kids, spa and in room dining services were exceptional. Buffet breakfast and dinner had variety and taste. Concierge and room service was great. Overall it was excellent.
