This was one of the best stay in Penang! We booked the queen room and the room was spotless clean. The bathroom was very clean too. I am a person who is very particular of the bathroom cleanliness and this place matched my expectations. Thank you for highlighting on Booking.com that you have a bidet in your toilets. Not sure of others, but I choose my place to stay based on tbe availability of bidet and level of cleanliness. The room also had a great window with a sitting space that we could just sit, read and relax. It was very easy liasing for the place with great customer service. The servicing agent/ owner was very friendly. They have a very kind and friendly helper too! Loved my stay so much and thank you for the wonderful accomodation. Please maintain this service and cleanliness.

I like the everything from the momwnt I stepped in..I smell the amber fragrance of air freshner, professional staff who arranged my check in, early check in request was mafe available, beautiful unterior from the lobby up to the room. I like the touch screen lift, the unique kettle and ice basket plus a handheld steamer instead of conventional steam iron. The room ID and the toilet ID are well and carefully designed with detailings..plus the carpet, towel, robe are customade complete with the Peranakan motifs. Amazing!

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip to Penang before their grand opening, and it was so amazing we kept extending it! We then came at the end of our trip and extended once again, staying a total of 6 nights! The apartments were impeccably comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. Very thoughtful of the guest's experience, also providing complimentary amenities every day and equipped with everything you could ever need, even washing and drying machines, as well as a dish washing machine which was all very handy throughout our long stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices, which we loved. The team at breakfast was lovely, in particular a senior Indian Malay lady trainee from the waitress team who was very warm and hospitable, we're sad we didn't catch her name. The concierge luggage helper Ammar, was fantastic and incredibly friendly! He went out of his way and patiently helped us handle a few requests. The receptionists Kharisma, Adam, Weena and Adriana were outstanding and very kind and assisted us with everything we needed! We also made friends with the exceptional team from the Bar, Kucina restaurant and Lava Java café downstairs. Mac, the nicest waiter who introduced us to the hotel on the first day! Evan, the pro barista always with a genuine smile and passion to serve guests. Ganish, Fandey, Atira and Sharvin too, they all made our stay memorable. Lastly, the housekeepers on our floor and the team from the room service were also exceptional and really made us feel well taken care of. Thank you all and we will certainly see you soon! The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi. Actually I just published a recommendation post about this hotel..I have to say it’s one of my favorite part of my Penang journey. Everything is just so perfect. I choose hotels mostly depend on the details, and during my stay inside, there’s nothing I can say dislike👍🏻 Clean, bright, intelligent, with very user-friendly layout and space design, returning to the room has become my everyday expectation .. All staff are highly qualified, all the decorations are fascinating. I will definitely choose it again when next time back to Penang.
