Amazing service, immaculately appointed rooms and facilities, attentive but not overbearing staff, perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great art photography in room and around the hotel. Excellent huge gym well beyond ANY hotel gym I've been to in this price range. Strong wifi everywhere. Sauna which looked like a proper Finnish sauna, though didn't try. Big pool area. Nice looking spa, but didn't go. Everywhere was very clean. Big casino downstairs and a high-end shopping mall in the same complex with tons of excellent restaurants - I recommend Yeon Hwa for Korean barbecue where you don't have to cook yourself unless you insist - and a very cozy cinema with excellent seating. All major high fashion brands, though disappointingly poor watch selection. SM Seaview mall within 10-minute ride for more shopping, restaurants and cinema. You can pretty much spend a few days at or near the hotel and have everything you need.

The hospitality of Cebu Sheraton is notch above the rest resorts I have been to. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The private beach and snorkelling in that beach was really awesome. The breakfast buffet had a lavish spread. Special mention to Mr. Danish Khan who is head of operations made sure we get vegetarian food at all times. He was truly so kind, warm and nice. There was a wine appreciation evening dinner organised by Langetwins. Again Mr Danish made sure we get lavish spread of vegetarian food. Buhi cave restaurant and 5 Cien offered amazing food. Scotty adventure organised a private snorelling trip to nearby Hilutungan island. The spa is also amazing. So over all I would say one of the best relaxing trip ever. Special thanks to all the staff members who were soo soo kind, warm and ever smiling.

We loved our stay at Costa Liz, the staff made our experience so special, great service and very friendly. It was really quiet and peaceful, the beach was so so beautiful. For the price of this hotel I really cannot fault it, we even extended our stay over a week. The location is perfect just on the edge of town, plenty of places to explore nearby. We’ll always remember our stay here it had real charm and hope to visit again. Thank you!
