The hotel is located in a cozy town on a fairly quiet street. The hotel has free parking - it’s really convenient. We had two rooms and both of them were great! The rooms were perfectly clean, bright, stylish and spacious. The stay was very pleasant from the very first step. It is very convenient, you can check in easily if you after reception hours if you arrive late. The bedding is impeccably clean, the beds are really comfortable and we had a very good rest. There is an opportunity to use the SPA area, but we arrived very late, so we will try it next time. The view from the window was amazing mountains! We also had a balcony. The only small drawback is that it is connected to the balcony of the next room. They are separated, but not by a wall. But the balcony is still nice! We found everything we needed in the bathroom. The shower is comfortable. The furniture in the room is in excellent condition, not worn. Spacious wardrobes. Excellent breakfast. Really wide selection I guess for every taste. Delicious and good quality food. Lots of fresh vegetables, several kind of fish, lots of fruit. Delicious cakes. It was a big pleasure to have a glass of sparkling wine for breakfast. Tasty high-quality coffee and juice. Pleasant and kind service. The receptionist was very kind and helpful at check-out - thank you for the nice conversation and gifts - bottles of Alpine water!

The food was amazing, it was tasteful and it looked super pretty. The staff was super friendly and attentive and we had a lovely evening in this nice restaurant area. Our room was clean and we loved the style as well as the pillows, I am normally very picky 😅 altogether we enjoyed the landscape, the cosy atmosphere, the staff was excellent and our romantic trip was a full success. We had an amazing stay at this hotel and we sincerely recommend it! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. We arrived around 10pm and they waited us with cold plates for that night. We had HB and the food was excellent—leaning towards fine dining, every dish was a culinary delight. Even the traditional recipes were creatively reinvented and presented in a spectacular way. Breakfast offers a wide selection of exotic fruits, cheeses, organic juices, and smoothies, along with Prosecco and other treats besides the usual breakfast things. At 3 PM, a much-appreciated snack is served, including fruits, desserts, and a snack option like soup or sausage. Dinner is sofisticated, with flavors that will impress even the most demanding guests. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed, offering a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The rooms, while basic and lacking a fridge, are clean and functional (they don’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel ;) Although the hotel is not ski-in/ski-out, its location is highly convenient—just a 3-minute walk to the slopes and well-connected to the lifts. A special mention goes to the owner, who is always present and ready to help, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. This hotel combines excellent service, exceptional dining, and a prime location, making it a wonderful choice. Highly recommended!
