I loved the hospitality of the phenomenal staff. They were extremely helpful and hospitable and accommodated all of our needs so swiftly. From providing us with an iron to bringing up extra towels and other items, no request was too big. The breakfast was out of this world and the variety was just perfect. From the karak cha stand to the freshly made aloo piranthas and lassi, service was always with a smile. There is no other place to stay in Jalandhar. The assistant manager, Mr. Manjeet Kumar deserves a special thanks due to his fantastic attention to detail, and it is clear that the staff are managed effectively and want to provide the best service possible too.
