It is an 8-minute drive from Koala Conservation Centre and a 10-minute drive from Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. This accommodation is at the center of the major tourist spots on the Phillip Island, such as Penguin Parade and Cowes Beach. The room is very clean and spacious, with a decent size of the living room and cooking area. The little porch area was lovely. The staff was there upon our arrival to provide information and easy to check out via key-dropping.

Enjoy the fresh local produce and wines, and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The room was nice and quiet in a beautiful farm setting. It was wonderful to watch all the birds around the property.

The stylish bar lounge offers daily happy hours and an extensive menu of drinks and snacks. Clean and comfortable room. Beautiful location. Great breakfast!
