Roberto and his daughters helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly when we arrived. Our room was beautiful, spacious, modern, comfortable and smelled so good. The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant that had a veranda and a sunroom facing the lake. It was very beautiful. The next morning, we were delighted to see the colorful, fresh, delicious breakfast spread. We enjoyed the food so much. The hotel also had a parking space. I would definitely recommend Hotel Lago to anyone asking for a place to stay around Lake Como. Please keep up the good work! We would love to come back one day.

From the comfort and tranquility to the polite and professional service from all the staff, it is exceptional. Rooms, suites, and apartments are elegant and stylish, and each offers air conditioning and a satellite TV. Most have a balcony or terrace with views of the garden or the lake. Location and view is great, quite and walking distance to all the restaurants and embarkment. Hotel’s crew is exceptionally professional, polite and helping. We were staying with small kid and a dog and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was very good, their omeletes are the best. Also hotel is in very good condition. Was surprised that it’s 4 stars and not 5.

The location of the hotel was great. The staff was absolutely amazing. I even received a free room upgrade. The hotel and rooms were clean.

Set in a private park with orange and lemon groves, the historic Hotel Villa Flori features Venetian stucco work and frescos. The Italian general Giuseppe Garibaldi got married here. Everything. The staff, the room, the view, the location. Exceptional. Glad we chose a suite as it gave us more room to arrange things. During two weeks of travel in Italy this was the best breakfast experience with an amazing view.
