We also thought the staff were fantastic - Adis on Reception was incredibly helpful and responsive, and sadly we never had the name of the porter who helped with our luggage and enthusiastically talked to us about rakija but he was wonderful!

He was caring, attentive, and extremely polite. I felt like family!
