While there may be cheaper options, they might have limited access to the main area by boat. I had some concerns after reading the reviews, but I didn't experience any issues with the bed or noise. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but they provided two extra lamps. The swimming pool was deep and perfect for a swim—my son even learned deep-water swimming here, so a special thanks for that! In the afternoon, the beach is dry, but in the morning and late evening, the water comes right up to the hotel, and you can even spot fish while snorkeling. The breakfast viewpoint was absolutely stunning. There's a market nearby, and a couple of Indian restaurants within walking distance. The fire show was also just a short walk from the hotel’s pool area. The hotel is a bit older and lacks a smart TV, but these things hardly matter when you're in Phi Phi.
