A great base for our weekend stay visiting family in the area. Fully equipped, exceptionally clean with some lovely thoughtful comfort additions including cooking oil, washing up liquid and fresh towels and blankets. Perfect location for quick access to a gorgeous sandy beach. We were very comfortable and happy and look forward to staying again the next time we visit St Osyth.

I have spent a night here on the occasion of my other half's birthday and requested for birthday banner and balloons to be provided before the arrival and to our surprise, they have added a little touch of adding a present too!! The other half loved it! Thank you so much for the pre arrangements before our arrival. Attached some pics.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The motorhome was spotlessly clean and beautifully tidy. The beds were very comfortable, and it was clear a lot of thought had gone into the little details like the handy items left in the shower area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a toaster and microwave, which made things even more convenient. The only small things we’d mention are that the front heater didn’t seem to work (though perhaps we just couldn’t figure out the switch), and a set of net curtains would offer a little more privacy. Nothing major at all just suggestions, not complaints. It’s a shame our stay was so short, but we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!

    Just like the name this is a lovely place. Communication from the owner was very good. The caravan instructions were clear for keys, WiFi and any queries (we had none). The caravan is clean with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The beds are comfy. The shower is powerful and spacious with plenty hot water. The caravan is in a good location close to all amenities but tucked away and private on a back row so not lots of people walking past. The site is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful.
